I received the big parcel from Korea yesterday! My parents sent that parcel which include the electronic rice cooker~ ye~
Of course sandwichs or fish and chips or pastas are good meal, I like them but I couldn’t always eat them. So I cooked steamed rice by small pot until now but it wasn’t easy. However, now I’ve got the electronic rice cooker so I can eat warm steamed rice anytime and easy! lol
It is easy indeed. Just washing some rices and put in the rice cooker with water and press the start button on cooker. that’s all! After 20ish mins, I could eat warm steamed rice. Also the rice cooker’s useful function is keep cooked rice warmly.
Also I received many other things such as dried sea mustard, dried kelp, some kind of Korean sources, lavers for gimbap, well-done kimchi etc. I was so glad because most of them couldn’t find in Edinburgh. In yesterday I ate totally Korean style meal at dinner by my mother’s favor. Thanks Mom!
